1. Eligibility

Stampie can be used by anyone. If you are under the age of 18, we recommend using the service under the guidance of a parent or guardian, especially when making travel decisions.

2. Use of the Service

Stampie is a travel journal reimagined and inspired by passport stamps. The stamp designs and catalog are created and owned by us. You use the service to add and collect these pre-created stamps to your profile, track travel experiences, and record your own notes and memories.

Please note that Stampie is not a replacement for your real passport or any official travel document.

You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes or to store or share illegal content.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account by signing in with a third-party provider (e.g. Google). You must claim a unique username and are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and not impersonate others or use usernames that infringe others' rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are abusive, fraudulent, or harmful.

Profile and stamp data linked to your account are stored on our servers so you can access them across devices and share your profile when you choose.

4. Stamps and Your Content

The stamps and stamp catalog are ours (or our licensors). You do not own the stamp designs; you add and collect our pre-created stamps to your profile. You retain ownership of the content you create—such as your profile information, notes, visit dates, and other data you enter. By using Stampie, you grant us the rights necessary to operate the service (e.g. to store, display, and back up your data and to show your public profile to others in accordance with your privacy settings).

5. Data Storage

When you use an account, your profile and stamp data are stored on our servers. We use this to provide the service, sync your data, and (if your profile is public) to show your travel profile to others. See our Privacy Policy for details.

If you use Stampie without an account (e.g. on a mobile app with local storage only), data may be stored only on your device or in your personal cloud (e.g. iCloud) where applicable.

6. Purchases

Premium collections or features may be unlocked via in-app purchase (e.g. Apple's system) or other payment methods we support. Payments, renewals, and cancellations are governed by the applicable platform or payment provider.

Stampie does not offer travel, safety, or legal advice.

We are not responsible for any travel decisions made using the service.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the last updated date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
