Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

Stampie can be used by anyone. If you are under the age of 18, we recommend using the service under the guidance of a parent or guardian, especially when making travel decisions.

2. Use of the Service

Stampie is a travel journal reimagined and inspired by passport stamps. The stamp designs and catalog are created and owned by us. You use the service to add and collect these pre-created stamps to your profile, track travel experiences, and record your own notes and memories.

Please note that Stampie is not a replacement for your real passport or any official travel document.

You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes or to store or share illegal content.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account by signing in with a third-party provider (e.g. Google). You must claim a unique username and are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and not impersonate others or use usernames that infringe others' rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are abusive, fraudulent, or harmful.

Profile and stamp data linked to your account are stored on our servers so you can access them across devices and share your profile when you choose.

4. Stamps and Your Content

The stamps and stamp catalog are ours (or our licensors). You do not own the stamp designs; you add and collect our pre-created stamps to your profile. You retain ownership of the content you create—such as your profile information, notes, visit dates, and other data you enter. By using Stampie, you grant us the rights necessary to operate the service (e.g. to store, display, and back up your data and to show your public profile to others in accordance with your privacy settings).

How we produce the catalogue does not change ownership: stamp artwork and related assets remain ours (or our licensors'), whether created manually, digitally, or with AI-assisted tools as described in Section 6.

Permitted use of stamps. Stamps are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial enjoyment within Stampie and products we offer (such as printable posters from our shop, for your own personal use). You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or use stamp artwork — in whole or in part — outside Stampie, and you may not use stamps for commercial purposes, in merchandise, NFTs, advertising, or training machine-learning models. Screenshots of your own Stampie profile or posters for personal social-media sharing are fine.

Independence. Stampie is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any event, tourism body, government, or organization referenced in the stamp catalog. All trademarks, names, and references to real-world places, events, or organizations are used solely for identification and informational purposes.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property Claims

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any stamp, image, or content on Stampie infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us at info@stampie.app with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
• Identification of the specific stamp or content on Stampie that you believe is infringing (e.g. a URL or stamp name).
• Your contact information (name, email address).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

We will review all claims promptly and in good faith. Where a claim is valid, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or modifying the content in question. We may also reach out to you for additional information before taking action.

6. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclosure

Stampie's stamp catalog is created in advance by our editorial team. Stamp artwork, catalog copy, and related materials are designed using AI-assisted tools and then reviewed, selected, and refined by us — every stamp reflects our editorial taste, not a random AI output. Stamps are pre-created and shared across all users; nothing is generated per-user or from your personal data.

AI-assisted content is not guaranteed to be error-free. Stamp descriptions and catalog copy are for general interest and entertainment, not a factual reference. If you notice something that looks wrong, email info@stampie.app and we'll review it.

Where we use third-party AI services, we do so under the commercial or enterprise licences that apply to each provider.

7. Data Storage

When you use an account, your profile and stamp data are stored on our servers. We use this to provide the service, sync your data, and (if your profile is public) to show your travel profile to others. See our Privacy Policy for details.

If you use Stampie without an account (e.g. on a mobile app with local storage only), data may be stored only on your device or in your personal cloud (e.g. iCloud) where applicable.

8. Purchases and Refunds

Pro collections or features may be unlocked via in-app purchase (e.g. Apple's system) or other payment methods we support (e.g. Stripe on the web). Where purchases go through a platform's own billing system, that platform's payment and cancellation rules also apply.

14-day money-back guarantee.If you're not happy with your Stampie purchase for any reason, email us at info@stampie.app from the email address linked to your account within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you. We appreciate any feedback or suggestions you include — it helps us improve. After 14 days, purchases are final.

For purchases made through Apple, Google, or another app store, refund requests may need to go through that store directly under its own refund policy.

9. Disclaimer

Stampie does not offer travel, safety, or legal advice, and we are not responsible for any travel decisions made using the service.

Stamp descriptions, catalog copy, and related content are produced with AI-assisted tools and editorial review (see Section 5) and are provided for general interest and entertainment. They may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied on as a factual reference for historical, cultural, or travel-planning purposes.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we believe it is necessary to protect the security or integrity of our platform.

11. Catalog Changes and Availability

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove any stamp, collection, or other catalog content at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This includes changes to stamp designs, descriptions, availability, or categorisation. Removal of a stamp or collection from the catalog may also remove it from your profile.

We do not guarantee that any particular stamp or collection will remain available indefinitely. Catalog changes do not entitle you to a refund unless the change materially affects a paid feature within the 14-day guarantee window described in Section 8.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Stampie, NoeCrafts OÜ, or our affiliates be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our platform or services.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the last updated date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
