These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Stampie, provided by NoeCrafts OÜ ("we," "our," or "us"). By using Stampie, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Stampie can be used by anyone. If you are under the age of 18, we recommend using the App under the guidance of a parent or guardian, especially when making travel decisions.

2. Use of the App

Stampie is a travel journal reimagined and inspired by passport stamps. It is designed for personal use to track travel experiences, collect digital stamps, and record memories.

Please note that Stampie is not a replacement for your real passport or any official travel document.

You agree not to use the App for illegal purposes or to store illegal content.

3. Data Storage

All entered data is stored locally on your device.

If you enable iCloud backup (when available), your data will be stored in your personal iCloud account.

4. Purchases

Premium collections/features are unlocked via Apple's in-app purchase system.

All payments, renewals, and cancellations are managed by Apple.

5. Disclaimer

Stampie does not offer travel, safety, or legal advice.

We are not responsible for any travel decisions made using the App.

6. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the new Terms.
